Enjoy your furry friend’s companionship in your new apartment home at Vintage Century Farms. Our pet-friendly community has an on-site paw park plus a pet spa to clean up after a fun day of play! Our studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments are all pet-friendly.
Interested in spending time outdoors? Take a short drive from our community for several options for exercise and relaxation. Enjoy the outdoor space at Mill Ridge Park or head over to Cane Ridge Park to explore hiking trails or for the more adventurous hop on one of four mountain bike trails.

Pet Policy
- Pet Fees and/or Pet Deposit, do apply, ask a member of our team about our Pet Friendly Program
- We allow a maximum of two pets per apartment home
- Weight Restriction: 65 lbs or 120 lbs combined
Breed Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Breed restricted dogs are Pit Bull, American Bulldog, Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Doberman, Chow, and Presa Canario, any mix of the previous breeds are prohibited. No exotic animals are permitted.
