Comments: We allow up to two pets per apartment home with prior approval. There is a monthly pet rent of $35 per pet. A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $300 applies for one pet and $600 for two pets. All pets must be registered through PetScreening and approved by management prior to move-in. Unauthorized animals are not permitted and may result in lease violations. Assistance and service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable laws and are not subject to pet fees; however, residents remain responsible for any damages and must ensure the animal does not disturb others.
